i can’t watch the new sherlock yet because i’m not emotionally ready… i sobbed at an episode of ghost whisperer the other day in front of my brother and his friend, there’s no way i can handle this.

there's almost nothing so nice
as being cozy inside during a minnesota snowstorm. my brother had a hockey game and we drove, oh, maybe half a mile and knew that wasn’t happening tonight. so now we’re home, and it’s nice and warm, and we can just look outside and admire the snow (and think about those crazy people going down the ice chutes outside the cathedral). this is why i will live in minnesota forever.

so tired—but that’s what i get for staying out till 2:30. it was worth it though! it may have been the best night ever. WHY don’t my best friends go to school even remotely close to me??
